USPS Priority Mail & Insurance is Free of Charge.  If you would like to request an alternate shipping method, please contact us.  Any special shipping requirements will be the actual cost of shipping by whomever.

Refunds
We hope your diamond or jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return your item within 10 days of its shipment.

Insure Your Personal Jewelry

If you want to insure your personal jewelry through our policy with Jewelers Mutual, contact us with your location and we will E-mail the rates.   Just submit your jewelry to an independent appraiser who is a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.  The appraisals are to be sent to us and then the application will be sent to you to be filled out, signed and forwarded to Jewelers Mutual with your payment.  Coverage will begin on the postmark date stamped on the envelope.  If you do not know of an independent appraiser, contact us with your location and we will suggest an independent qualified jewelry appraiser in your area.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to ensure your credit card information stays safe, as well as maintain the utmost respect for your personal information and guarantee that we will never sell it to a third party. Once your order is shipped it is also sent securely. Each package is insured and registered from our door to yours.

All rings are made to order. Deposits are not refundable. We are not responsible for increased costs due to an increased in the cost of materials.
